Proposed Solution(s)
After understanding Miduty’s requirements, we proposed a customized Zoho ecosystem using Zoho CRM customization services to manage prescriptions, automate follow-ups, track daily tasks, process orders, and update patients on deliveries. We also suggested developing a Zoho Creator app for complex calculations and logics, along with Zoho Desk for managing customer support. To enhance their digital presence, we recommended Zoho Social, and for financial management, Zoho Books for invoicing and payments.
