Cancellation Policy

Once work has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to partial charges based on the progress completed.

For subscription-based services, cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in cases where services have not been delivered as promised, or if there is a proven technical or operational issue from our end. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items
Completed services, digital products, and customized solutions are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise specified.
